Worst ever mountaineering experience: it was the first time I had to give up a summit for bad weather. The 80 kilometre wind with a steady rain at 5000m of altitude did not prove conducive to alpine adventures. Whatever rain fell on us, it fell on our jackets. Team Inching Ice Cubes did not last very long in the storm, and we returned to the refuge to warn the other teams.
